With somewhat flexible wood and a partial tip-bearing habit, it can almost look like a weeping tree in some locations.
Considered mildly resistant to rust and scab and susceptible to fireblight. Plant in full sun with good airflow. Low chill! Can be slower to establish and reach sexual maturity in very warm summer areas, but by years 4-5 it will become resilient and highly productive even in hot climates.
