Among the sweetest of the Asian pears and among the first to ripen - known as "new juice" in Japan. The upright, vigorous tree is a heavy producer of medium sized, orange, russetted fruit.

One of the best cultivars we have tested at Raintree, this beauty also shows fireblight resistance in some growing areas.
